We manufacture the most sophisticated steel material compositions
in the world of additive manufacturing for you.
Even hardnesses of over 68 HRC for ferritic material compositions can be achieved.
The combination of our machinery, specially designed to meet the requirements of high carbon steels, together with our own parameter development in our in-house laboratory, makes it possible to produce suitable special materials using powder bed based 3D printing / additive manufacturing processes. The so-called MMC are specially mixed and tailored by us according to customer requirements. A homogeneous microstructure - comparable to that of powder metallurgical steels - characterizes Kolibri's products. Visible rolling directions or segregation lines do not occur at Kolibri.
